History[edit]
He dated Luann for a time after she divorced Kirk. When Bart and Pyro first met, Pyro impressed Bart by revealing that smashing a chair against his head didn't even cause him to flinch. Bart later tried to repeat the trick on Homer while he was bathing. However, Homer ended up crying in agony.[1]
When Otto (dressed as State Comptroller Atkins) asked the audience at Lisa's award ceremony if any of them had ever cheated on their spouses, Kirk was seen glaring at Pyro and Luann, implying their relationship began before the divorce.[2]
The Springfield children announced on the radio that Luann was cheating on Kirk with his best friend Gyro.[3] Despite this, Pyro and Luann were still seen together until Luann got back together with Kirk.[4]
Despite being Kirk's rival, Pyro defended Kirk when Homer attacked him. Pyro was then attacked by Barney Gumble.[5]
He entered the contest to become the new Duffman and nearly won. However, he was disqualified when it was discovered he had a tattoo for an Ogdenville beer.[6]
