The Joker is a person who is seen around Springfield occasionally.

History

He was seen standing in line to get Beatrice Simmons' inheritance when Grampa offered it out to anyone.[1]

During the song "High to Be Loathed", Mr. Burns mentions The Joker, and makes his shadow, among lots of other villains.[2]

In a mash-up by Bart with Bob Fosse and The Joker you get Insane Clown Fosse.[3]
