It's a blue house with an attached garage. It has solar panels and a basement that serves as a lab for Professor Frink's experiments.

The Simpsons Road Rage
In The Simpsons Road Rage, the house has a satellite dish on top) and is located Downtown, opposite the Police Station. Edna Krabappel may also be taken there.
The Simpsons Game
In The Simpsons Game, Bart and Lisa goes to ask Professor Frink's help at his house. They break into the basement and traverse a rift portal to find him in the Game Engine.
The Simpsons: Tapped Out
In The Simpsons: Tapped Out, Frink lives in a different lab, however during the Simpsons Babies update, his house has been added to the game.
The lab was never seen in the actual show, but showed up in the The Complete Sixteenth Season DVD box set's menu.
