Homer's supervisor is man who works at the Springfield Nuclear Power Plant, who currently serves as Homer's supervisor.

History

He, like all the power plants employees, was invited to an employee party at the Springfield Air & Space Museum. When Homer and his family arrived, Homer immediatly began acting out, shouting "party" and taking off his shirt. When Marge told Homer to behave, Homer said that this was the perfect opportunity to get to know his fellow employees better, outside of work.

A man then walked up and Homer cheerfully said, "like this guy!" The man, staring angrily at shirtless Homer, said that he was his supervisor. Homer then asked his supervisor how he was doing, in regards to Homer's job. The supervisor gave an annoyed grunt and walked off.
