Springy the Springfield Spring is a mascot that Homer designed for the Springfield Olympic Games.

History

Patty and Selma made a cigarette named Cigi, but when Springy was chosen, Patty and Selma take off the Cigarettes and smoke them. Also, Bart thinks after Homer's first attempt to papier-mâché Snowball II. He suspects that springy has Santa's Little Helpers eyes. Also, other springs prank Lenny and Moe, pricks Bart, saves Homer from falling, and Bart, Lisa and the retirement home from sinking, after Homer flushes them down the toilet. Springy has eyelashes on top of his eyes, and holds two American flags.
