Bryan Bartlett "Bart" Starr is a former football player.
History
When Homer forget to pick up Bart from the soccer practice, he was watching Starr's last football game as a player in the Green Bay Packers, retiring after playing there for 16 seasons. After he left the stadium the crowd acclaimed him using the name "Bart".
