The girl with pigtails is a student in Bart's class who wears her hair in two pigtails.
History
The girl with pigtails is often seen in the background in Bart's class and around Springfield Elementary. Her face often carries an look of discontent. Her hair is blond and she wears it in two pigtails. She has never spoken.
Behind the Laughter
Unlike the other background characters in Bart's class, her hair colour has remained consistent throughout the show and comics, and is almost always blond.
