Glondip is an alien species that secretly infiltrated Springfield as part of the Space Mutants' attempt to conquer Earth.

History

The Glondips infiltrated Springfield, manipulating the townspeople into gathering materials needed to construct a giant disintegrator. Their activities were discovered by Bart Simpson after Grampa Simpson gave him a pair of X-ray glasses capable of revealing the aliens' true forms. Bart subsequently pursued the Glondips throughout Springfield, thwarting their plans at the shopping district, the Springfield Shopping Mall, Krustyland, and the Springfield Nuclear Power Plant before ultimately preventing the completion of the weapon and ending the invasion.
