History
When Homer asked himself "What's the worst that can happen?" after Bart escaped from juvie, he imagined Bart getting taken by aliens and forced to marry Moonhilda, who says that she can't wait to lay her eggs in Bart's brain.
Behind the Laughter
Moonhilda's name is a pun on the comic strip Broom-Hilda.
