Quigley is a student at Springfield Elementary School.
History
Quigley has eyes that are naturally crossed and cannot be corrected to a more normal position. During Picture Day at Springfield Elementary School, Principal Skinner forgets about Quigley's condition and asks him to uncross his eyes for the school photo. Quigley reminds him of the condition, prompting Skinner to apologize.
