Dr. Kissingher is supposedly a doctor who helps others with their love lives.

History

After seeing an advert about him on the TV, Moe goes to see him at the Springfield Airport Motor Lodge. He gives a dramatic opening before coming on stage and tries to install confidence in people, including Willie, transforming his words into romantic words. Moe then asks him to do him and he calls Moe a monster at first then gets freaked out as Moe explains his past.

He then keeps popping up in hearts to give advice.
