Joey was a mobster and a member of the Springfield Mafia. He worked for Fat Tony, alongside Legs and Louie. His most identifying characteristic is a scar on his cheek.
History
He works for Fat Tony at the Legitimate Businessman's Social Club, the headquarters of the Springfield Mafia. He was around when Bart was employed as a bartender at the club.[1]
He taught a class at Krusty's clown college and encouraged his students to rob the children after their performances.
He was seen at Fat Tony's mansion during a mafia summit.
He took part in the world's tallest human pyramid record attempt.
At some point he joined the Calabreses crime family and was caught in an explosion.
He apparently survived and rejoined Tony's mafia.
