James Madison was the 4th President of the United States, serving from 1809-1817.

History

A picture of him was seen in a book that Superintendent Chalmers showed Bart, before Bart developed an interest in Theodore Roosevelt.[1]

A look-alike convinced Homer to not endorse Ted Nugent as a presidential candidate.[2]
