Chuck is a student seen in both Bart and Lisa's classes. He has a single tooth always showing. His hair is usually brown, but it is occaisionally other colours. He is seen to be good friends with Richard. He is the kid that asked Lyle Lanley if the Monorail could out run the Flash.
He loves a good Wrigley walk. His father is quite hard on him, chiding him for his verbal gaffees, "We the Purple? What the hell was that," as well as not trusting Chuck to create his own volcano for the science fair.
