She replied, "The ebony fighter awakens, dabbled with the dewy beads of morn. It is a mach-5 child, forever bound to suckle from the shriveled breast of Congress." Moe was also there and was surprised at Maya Angelou is black.[1]

Behind the Laughter
On May 28, 2014, Angelou was found dead in her home in Winston-Salem, North Carolina at age 86 by her caretaker. She had been in bad health and had cancelled recent scheduled appearances.
