Dr. Kidzrulovitch, shortened to Dr. Kidzrule, is an orthodontist at Kidzrule Orthodontics!
History
When Lisa needed braces again, she went to Kidzrule Orthodontics! where Dr. Kidzrule fitted braces on her upper teeth first. After this, Lisa couldn't close her mouth, which was forced into a permanent smile. When Lisa told Dr. Kidzrule that she wasn't happy, she gave Lisa some nitrous gas to make her happier. Lisa then told Dr. Kidzrule that she should have her license revoked before she took more gas. Dr. Kidzrule then told Lisa that her name was shortened from "Kidzrulovitch", which is Romanian for "kill all the children".
When Lisa got her bottom braces fitted, she was horrified to find that her smile was now a constant frown. Dr. Kidzrule then told Lisa that in six months, she would have perfect teeth. Chief Wiggum and Ralph then came in and asked for a replacement retainer for Ralph, which Dr. Kidzrule said would cost $500.
