Appearance
He is usually seen with Lewis and wears a blue jacket. Richard appears frequently in events involving the Springfield children, and is occasionally involved in mischief. After school he often participates in the school band and plays catch with Milhouse and Lewis.
Family
Richard was seen at Shøp with his father and was later seen at Chuck Dukewagon's All American Chow Lounge with his mother.
He has a grandfather.
