Wiggles is a clown at Ding-A-Ling Bros. Circus. He juggles pins.
History
Wiggles was one of the many clowns that Scuzzo introduced to Krusty. He was seen around the circus a lot, performing in shows and helping out. Wiggles eventually left Springfield by train with the rest of the circus.[1]
Wiggles was later seen at The Herschel Krustofsky School for the Clowning Arts. When Milhouse had lost his glasses, Wiggles handed him a pair of joke glasses with springy eyes attached to the lenses.[2]
