Cain is one of the son of Adam and Eve.

History

Cain was played by Rod Flanders in The Passion of Cain and Abel, a movie Ned filmed after finding Rod and Todd watching an adult commercial on TV.

Lisa was diagnosed with "middle child syndrome" and Dr. Hibbert explained that it was serious, giving the example of Cain and Abel's middle brother Kevin. As Kevin did not get much attention for being the middle child, he was able to frame his brother Cain for murder.
