Dia-Betty is Cletus Spuckler's overweight, diabetic cousin.
History
Cletus joined Marge's lawsuit against the Motherloving Sugar Corp., saying he thought they owed him for what they did to his cousin. He then opened a door to reveal Dia-Betty, who was wearing a bikini, exercising, and eating cake at the same time. She was also seen when she asked Cletus if she could put some of his baby in her coffee. Cletus declined, saying the doctor told her he was going to take her foot if she ate any more babies.[1]
She was part of the angry mob that went after Homer for polluting Lake Springfield and placing the town under the dome.[2]
When Brandine said they were going to have the fanciest wedding in the country, she asked for someone to open a wall so Dia-Betty could go. Dia-Betty got up off her couch and said, "Just bring them to a window so I can pinch 'em."[3]
She was a member of Big is Beautiful and attended several of their protests and Albert's funeral.[4]
