Wiggles is a clown at Ding-A-Ling Bros. Circus. He juggles pins.

History

Wiggles was one of the many clowns that Scuzzo introduced to Krusty. He was seen around the circus a lot, performing in shows and helping out. Wiggles eventually left Springfield by train with the rest of the circus.

Wiggles was later seen at The Herschel Krustofsky School for the Clowning Arts. When Milhouse had lost his glasses, Wiggles handed him a pair of joke glasses with springy eyes attached to the lenses.
