Theodore Roosevelt is a former president of the USA, who appeared in the Itchy and Scratchy cartoon, "Manhattan Madness".
History
Itchy is walking around Manhattan, encounting various people and killing them in gory ways. Roosevelt was one of them, he was decapitated with an axe.
