Monsieur Pamplemoussey is a French-Canadian clown. Pamplemousse, often considered a silly word, translates into English as grapefruit.

The paparazzi took a picture of Krusty when he knocks down Monsieur Pamplemousse, at the picture was also Homer seeing. After the picture was published want Krusty hire Homer for all his events for he looks better in the picture if Homer is also featured on it.
