History
At one point, Troy and Parker had not spoken for eight years. However, following Troy's public appearance on a date with Selma Bouvier, Parker re-initiated contact with Troy and called him to help him restart his career. Parker's first piece of advice was that the best thing Troy could do for his career was to be seen pursuing a normal relationship with a human female. Troy continued to carry out a very visible and very public relationship with Selma, and they got married. In the meantime, Parker was able to get Troy the lead role in the musical Stop the Planet of the Apes I Want to Get Off.
The next big job prospect that came Troy's way was the possibility of playing McBain's sidekick in McBain IV: Fatal Discharge. Parker said he could get Troy the role, but only if he and Selma had a baby, as most of the big parts were going to family men. However, Troy and Selma decided against having a baby for the sole purpose of advancing Troy's career. Selma left Troy, and Troy turned down the McBain sidekick role in favor of directing and acting in his own movie, The Contrabulous Fabtraption of Professor Horatio Hufnagel.[1]
He attended Lisa's town meeting regarding Lake Springfield and was among the townspeople trying to break the Dome.[2]
