Jonathan Franzen is an American novelist.

History

Franzen was on a panel of authors at the Wordloaf Literary Conference. Franzen is Michael Chabon's biggest influence. However, Franzen said his biggest influence was Albert Camus, upsetting Chabon.

At the finishing dinner, he and Chabon end up in a fight.
