Dr. Clownius is a character in Radioactive Man played by Krusty.
History
When Krusty wanted to play Crispy the Clown they didn't give him the role, but they did give him the roles of Angry the Clown, Silly Sailor and Dr. Clownius. He told them that he wouldn't let them down, though he might with Silly Sailor.
