Rich Moore is an American director.

History

Rich Moore was one of the people who brought letters to Santa Claus into the Court House.

He was seen at the inauguration of the Springfield Monorail, and later, he was one of the people who fell off the Escalator to Nowhere.

He was an animator for The Itchy & Scratchy Show. To make Itchy and Scratchy as authentic as possible, he studied real cats and mice.
