Pa MacWeldon is the father of Maisie MacWeldon and the owner of the MacWeldon Distillery.

Before Groundskeeper Willie moved to America, he worked as a peat sniffer for Pa MacWeldon. Whilst doing this, he fell in love with Maisie and decided to run off to America with her and the MacWeldons didn't approve of him. However, Maisie never went through with it as her family told her that Willie got killed by a sheep.

Years later, Maisie reconnected with Willie and they decided to get married. This time, Pa MacWeldon and the family welcomed Willie with open arms and accepted the relationship. On the day of the wedding, Bart overheard Pa talking to Hamish and Owen about how they were just using Willie for his peat sniffing ability to make their scotch more profitable. He also said that they would get rid of Willie and get Maisie a better husband after they were done with him. Bart was caught by Pa MacWeldon who locked Bart in a tower with the gift bags.

Bart looked through the gift bags and found that they had sleeping masks in. He tied them together to get out of the tower and got to the wedding so he could stop it. Bart told Willie that Maisie didn't love him and the family was just using him, which Pa MacWeldon admitted to. However, Maisie said that she had no idea that her family were planning that and she actually loved Willie, so she broke his nose so he couldn't smell peat, or anything, ever again. Pa MacWeldon then watched on as the wedding continued.
