Baron von Wörtzenburger is a young, wealthy German who is somehow related to the original owner or owners of the art stolen by the Flying Hellfish during World War II.

History

The United States State Department brought Wörtzenburger with them to collect the stolen art after Grampa and Mr. Burns had found it. He told the agents to hurry up with the art, as he had a concert to go to.

Baron von Wörtzenburger guest starred on an episode of The Krusty the Clown Show. von Wörtzenburger appeared on the show as a favor because Krusty owed him a debt and von Wörtzenburger wanted to be on the show. However, when he appeared on the show, he wasn't as thrilled by it as he thought he would be. Krusty then pulled down the baron's pants, annoying him.

Personality

Baron von Wörtzenburger seems to not care too much about the art and is in a hurry to drive away, explaining that he is late for a Kraftwerk concert in Stuttgart. He has clearly been spoiled by his wealth, calling the police "idiots" when they almost hit the CD changer in his trunk while loading the valuable paintings. He also rebuffs the US agents' apologies for the theft. He apparently also has difficulty understanding, or doesn't care to understand, grandfather-grandson familial love, as he tells Bart and Abraham Simpson, who were hugging after reconciling with each other, to "get a room."
