Lem is a retail clerk.

History

Lem, Dickie, and their friend were working at Official Halloween Headquarters. After Homer made Apu fire them, they sought revenge. When Chief Wiggum arrested them, he told them that he could give them work at a 99 cents store when they were free.

Lem was seen in the audience for Kent Brockman's live recording of his podcast Guilty Grampa.

Lem was part of a bank robbery, along with Dickie and their other friend. They wore clown masks and holed up in King Toot's while escaping from the police. Due to Chief Wiggum telling Lou about Othinquic, the bank robbers escaped.

In a story imagined by Marge when she thought about what life would be like if Homer was always smiling, Lem was locked up in Darkham Asylum. He was broken out by D'ohker and Margely Quinn.
