"Extreme Makeover: Homer Edition" is the upcoming fourth Disney+ exclusive episode of The Simpsons and the seven-hundred and ninety-ninth and eight-hundredth episode in production order. It will be released on Disney+ on February 15, 2026. The episode was written by Michael Price and Nick Dahan and directed by Matthew Nastuk and Timothy Bailey.[1][2][6]
Synopsis
It'll be an episode dealing with Marge's relationship with Santa's Little Helper, with him getting fat, and looking back at the first episode.[3][7]
The title is a pun on Extreme Makeover: Home Edition that involves the plot of the episode.[8]
They'll be two episodes and they will be "the best 800th episode of anything you've ever seen". It'll have a couch gag where the 800th episode milestone will be addressed and both episodes will air the same night.[7][9][10]
