J.T. Winchester is a judge in Conklin.

History[edit]

When Superintendent Chalmers and Principal Skinner crashed their car into a genetically modified soybeans silo on the way to Cincinnati, they were taken to Conklin County Courthouse and put on trial. J.T. Winchester was angry that she was called into a trial when she was watching her Lifetime Movies. When Skinner saw that she was angry, he sweet talked her the same way he sweet talked his own mother and gave her a manicure. Winchester told Skinner that her nails were bad because her son, Fennimore, booked her in with the wrong manicurist. She then made Fennimore empty the spittoons.

After the manicure, Winchester let Skinner and Chalmers take her car to Cincinnati.
