Robert Chan is the CEO of Tianjin Mining and Smelting and Donuts and Tarps.

History

He unveiled the new Lard Lad Donuts statue at a ceremony, bringing the inspiration for the original mascot, Laird Ladd, onto the stage. After the sun hit the statue and refracted into a dangerous beam of light that destroyed Springfield, his company provided a tarp to put over the statue.
