Scene Blow is a clown at Ding-A-Ling Bros. Circus.
History
Scene Blow was one of the many clowns that Scuzzo introduced to Krusty. Krusty tried to introduce himself but Scene Blow sprayed him with water. He was seen around the circus a lot, performing in shows and helping out. As the rest of the circus was leaving town on the train, Scene Blow sprayed Krusty with water again and chased after the train on a handcar.
