Leaky Pants is a clown and an employee at Mussel & Flanks.
History
Krusty was upset to see Leaky Pants on the wall of clowns who quit television. Krusty said that when Leaky Pants' mother's water broke, it was seltzer. When Krusty saw Leaky Pants working in the restaurant, he asked to buy all of his material for $7,800. When Leaky Pants told him no, Krusty said he would just steal it.
