Rest Stop Spuckler is one of Cletus and Brandine Spuckler's children.
History[edit]
When Sideshow Bob fell out of the sky wearing a spacesuit, the Spuckler family found him and thought he was an alien. Sideshow Bob developed amnesia from the fall and couldn't remember anything except his hatred for Bart Simpson. Wanting to get more information on Bart to hand him over to Bob, Cletus sent Rest Stop undercover at Springfield Elementary to befriend him since Rest Stop had been in the fourth grade multiple times before.
Rest Stop seemed to like all the things that Bart liked, and the two of them became friends, with Rest Stop even helping repair Bart's treehouse. When Rest Stop delivered everything he knew about Bart to Bob, he felt guilty because he didn't want to betray his friend. Sideshow Bob told the Spucklers that if they didn't bring Bart to him, they would all feel his wrath.
The next day, Rest Stop tried to tell Bart everything, but Cletus arrived before he could and took Bart and Rest Stop home for a meal. Sideshow Bob grabbed Bart and told him that he was taking him back to his home planet, despite Rest Stop's protests. Bart was then saved by Homer and his friends, who were out hunting for aliens. Rest Stop apologized to Bart, and he accepted it since he could understand why they'd confused Bob for an alien. The two of them decided to remain friends.
