Phillip Ho-Hum is a tailor and the owner of Mr. Ho-Hum's Clothiers.

History

When Hub was staying with Principal Skinner, Skinner took him to get new clothes at Mr. Ho-Hum's Clothiers. Mr. Ho-Hum picked out a poplin pullover and corduroy perma-crease slacks from the "unsellables" section of his store for him.

Mr. Ho-Hum later attended the Springfield Elementary play McGregor: Gardener of Destiny, which Hub starred in, where he told Skinner, Mr. Hubley, and Mrs. Hubley that their son was terrific.
