Mrs. Hubley is the mother of Hub.

History

Hub claimed to be an orphan, saying that his parents had died in multiple different ways. In reality, they were rich, but absent, parents.

When Hub's parents saw that Hub was starring in the Springfield Elementary play McGregor: Gardener of Destiny, they went to the school to find their runaway son. They and Hub explained to Principal Skinner that Hub had been sent to a boarding school, but he ran away. Hub was mad that it took them five months to find him, and his mother apologized. Hub decided to perform in the play before they left and improvised a performance thanking Skinner for believing in him and caring for him. Hub's parents watched the performance.
