Les Moore is a greyhound breeder who was the first owner of Santa's Little Helper. He owns the No Kill Kennel.

History

After Santa's Little Helper lost on a Christmas Eve race at Springfield Downs Dog track, Les abandoned him in the parking lot and Homer and Bart took him in.

When Santa's Little Helper became the new mascot for Duff Beer, Les came back and claimed him again to get the money that the dog was getting. Eventually, when a new face for Duff Beer was found, he let the Simpsons have Santa's Little Helper again due to him no longer being worth anything.

When Dr. Elaine Wolff realized that Santa's Little Helper was suffering from PTSD, she took him and the Simpsons to see Les Moore at the No Kill Kennel. Here, she slapped him before Les invited them inside. Les then told the story of how Santa's Little Helper was born to She Biscuit. Santa's Little Helper was She Biscuit's favorite and he always ran to her, which is how Les realized that Santa's Little Helper was so fast. Les then took Santa's Little Helper to become a race dog. After he told this story, Les got slapped by each of the Simpsons and bit by Santa's Little Helper.

Santa's Little Helper then started scratching on the door, wanting to go out. A tear came to Les' eye when he realized that Santa's Little Helper was running towards his mother. Homer then slapped him once more.
