Charles Montgomery Burns' adoptive father is the billionaire adoptive father of Mr. Burns.

History

He turned up in a limo at Daphne and Clifford Burns' house once. Clifford asked his son, Charles if he wanted to live with his natural parents, or the billionaire. Charles immediately ran into the limo, saying "Let's roll".

The scene where he adopts Mr. Burns was shown in the special Springfield's Most Wanted in which he was fully visible instead of appearing as a shadow.

The scene was a reference to Citizen Kane when young Charles Foster Kane is taken from his parents in rural Colorado to be raised by financier William Parks Thatcher, played by George Coulouris, who in turn was inspired by J. P. Morgan.
