Arnold Leach is the CPO and editor for the publisher of Radioactive Man, Boffo Comics.
History[edit]
Leach received the "Good Guy" award in recognition of his lifetime of service to the comic book industry. Days before the award ceremony he thought that they should kill Radioactive Man. This caused Bart, as Bartman, to try to persuade him not to kill the character through Morty Mann. They met before the ceremony, in which he called the audience "moronic little fanboy geeks".
