Cloris Mozelle is a cast member on the country-western-themed variety show Ya Hoo!. Her trademark is wearing large flowered hats.
Behind the Laughter
Cloris Mozelle is a parody of the Hee Haw character Minnie Pearl, who also always wore large flowered hats. Minnie's hats had the price tag still on them, but it's possible that this was too fine a detail to include when animating Cloris.
