Winston is one of Mr. Burns' watchdogs.
History
When Mr. Burns asked Smithers to bring home the hounds, he said that Shadow and Winston have been fighting a lot. Mr. Burns then asked Smithers to put Winston in the front. Smithers told Mr. Burns that Winston doesn't like the front. Mr. Burns told Smithers to just do it.
