Oopsie is a clown.
History
He was sitting with the other clowns in Krusty's car and had to flee from the car after Bart stole a tank and went to run over the car with it.[1]
When Dwight took hostage on First Bank of Springfield he tell to them at he let them alive as long as there's no funny stuff. Krusty tell him at he don't need be worry about him for he was voted America's least funny clown in Laff Ways. He was therfore worse than Scuzzo, Scummo, Oopsie, Carlos Mencia, Stinko, Blumpy and Sergeant Serious. Krusty tell him at he didn't like it for he don't understand how he can be worse than Sergeant Serious for he stole all his jokes.[2]
