Cupid is the Roman god of love and symbol of Valentine's Day
History
After Bart fell in love with Molly, Cupid appeared and told Bart not to fight love. He later appeared to Bart again telling him not to fight girl power, so Bart attacked him with his slingshot.
Cupid afterwards appeared on Valentine's Day but is shot dead by Cletus.
