Mr. McGreg is a man who has a leg for an arm and an arm for a leg.
History[edit]
After Nick Riviera did Triple Bypass surgery on Homer Simpson, he met his former patient Mr. McGreg who grabbed Dr. Nick and asked if he remembered him. Dr. Nick cheerfully referred to him as his "old friend" Mr. McGreg, addressing his arm and leg being switched as if that's how his "friend" always was.
