In Bart's daydream, he, along with Jason Voorhees and a Math Book, attack Bart, only to be stopped by Santa's Little Helper in a Robocop-like outfit.[1]

He is one of the many people who attacked Wayne Slater during his special training. Wayne kicked him repeatedly.[2]

Comic Book Guy dressed up as Pinhead at Chiller Con 1994.[3]
