Sheila Redfield is the daughter of Augustus Redfield and a member of the board of directors for RedStar.
History[edit]
Colby, Mav and Sheila were plotting to oust Gus as the CEO of RedStar and put Sheila in charge, as they believed that Gus was too old for the job. When Gus brought Grampa and Lisa to meet his children, Sheila took Lisa aside and spent time with her. She took Lisa horse riding and took her to the Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, all whilst pretending to care about the same topics Lisa cared about. She did this so that she could get Lisa to convince Grampa to vote with them to remove Gus as CEO.
During the board meeting, Sheila brought up the proposal to remove Gus with a vote of no confidence. Colby, Mav, and Sheila all voted for it, with the other board members voting against it. When Grampa also voted against it, Gus revealed that he knew that his children were plotting against him and he brought Grampa in to stop them. Gus then kicked his children out of the company, with Gus telling Sheila that Megan Ellison was his daughter now.
