Sheila Redfield is the daughter of Augustus Redfield and a member of the board of directors for RedStar.
History[edit]
Colby, Mav, and Sheila were plotting to oust Gus as the CEO of RedStar and put Sheila in charge, as they believed that Gus was too old for the job. When Gus brought Grampa and Lisa to meet his children, Sheila took Lisa aside and spent time with her. She took Lisa horseback riding and to the Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, all while pretending to care about the same topics Lisa cared about. She did this so that she could get Lisa to convince Grampa to vote with them to remove Gus as CEO.
During the board meeting, Sheila brought up the proposal to remove Gus with a vote of no confidence. Colby, Mav, and Sheila all voted for it, while the other board members voted against it. When Grampa also voted against it, Gus revealed that he knew his children were plotting against him, and he had brought Grampa in to stop them. Gus then kicked his children out of the company, telling Sheila that Megan Ellison was his daughter now.
Behind the Laughter[edit]
Sheila Redfield is a parody of the character Siobhan "Shiv" Roy played by Sarah Snook in the TV show Succession.
