Lou Mangrove is a comic book creator.

History

Lou Mangrove attended a comic convention in Springfield where he had a panel with Gordon Farr. Lou asked Gordon to tell the fans how he created the character Sinister Van Dalus. After Gordon went into a crazy speech about how Van Dalus came to him in his dreams and that he was evil, Lou changed the topic to talk about the Kooba Cola drinking content that Gordon had in the 1940s.
