Kearney Zzyzwicz Sr. is the father of Kearney. He looks similar to his son, except for his more rude appearance and beard.
History[edit]
When Homer said he had a fear of bears, Kearney said that his dad was afraid of paying child support.[1]
One time he attacked Homer in Moe's Tavern after he tried to have their sons stop bullying his own son, Bart. He hit him with a pool stick at Homer's head, which left him stunned yet not knocked out (a condition that would lead him to become a boxer later). The bullies' father then left at gunpoint by Moe, who told them not to hit Homer as he had a two drink minimum to do so.[2]
Mr. Zzyzwicz took Kearney and Kearney Zzyzwicz, Jr. to see a Springfield Isotopes baseball game.[3]
